Many Filipinos uses pirated Microsoft software because of its expensiveness. Now, you can make the switch from using illegal office to the genuine, licensed one because Microsoft lowered the price of their Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 full packaged product.

The new suggested retail price is only P4,999, approximately 40 percent lower that its former price which was effective since July 1 of 2008, while the OEM version will be pegged at the suggested retail price of P3,800.

Microsoft made this move as part of their Unlimited Potential Initiative and in consideration of the influx of requests they have received in making genuine Microsoft Office more accessible to a broader set of consumers in the Philippines.

This  price reduction, however, is only available in the emerging markets including the Philippines, as classified by the World Bank Index.

Microsoft wanted to demonstrated its commitment to dramatically expand the availability and to encourage the use of genuine Microsoft Office software in the Philippines and other emerging markets by this price reduction scheme.

No doubt, technology has made the humans life easier. Watching movies has made me well aware that some years from now, absolutely nothing would be impossible. Anything can be created, or procreated. There are a lot of advantages technology brings to people, the top on the list is convenience.

Blogging is the hip, even when it comes to publishing the latest news. Blogging News stories as they happen tops coverages of newspapers and radio and television broadcasting.

Through blogging, news stories are told as they unfold and this is one of the most
exciting and controversial applications of technology that bloggers have discovered. One of the reasons that makes the blogosphere so active is the fact that it is possible to update a blog instantaneously. News on blogs tends to be more current than the news in the paper or on television. Bloggers do not go under different censorship or editing unlike news delivered by these other media before it reaches the public eye. Although it may be good for the blogger, it may not be good at times for the reading public.

Among the most notable cases of news hitting a blog before appearing in other media took place in July 2005 when terrorism struck London. When passengers were evacuated from a subway car near an explosion, a man took several photographs of the scene with his
cellular phone, and within an hour these images were posted online. A first-person accounts of the catastrophe began appearing on blogs soon after these photos appeared, and people all over the world learned about the events in London by reading the words and seeing the photos posted by bloggers.

Cars… don’t we all drool over sleek and expensive looking cars? What about luxurious and futuristic cars that usually creates “ooohhhsss’ and “aaahhhsss” in movies like James Bond and Mission Impossible?

Cars are the ultimate toy for the “big boys.” Men are sometimes crazier of their cars then their wives. I wonder how they would react to this revolutionary model by the popular automobile company BMW.

BMW called their latest design GINA which concept revolves around the principle Geometry and Functions in “N” Adaptations. BMW translated the GINA philosophy into physical being thru the Light Visionary Model Concept which result is the car shown above. The Car’s visionary exterior body is totally innovative skinned by four large pieces of flexible material. This material stretch and contract based on a number of substructures that can move about on the chassis with electro and electrohydraulic controls.

1. I was late for work. I had a shallow sleep because my son was suffering from terrible cough and cold sickness. I checked on him first and set to work after knowing he’s okay.

2. I had to finish work loads, mostly reports from the previous seminars we undertake.

3. Finished a post for my other blog.

4. Went to the mall to change the flops my husband and I bought as gifts for my boss.

5. Met with husband at the supermarket to shop for our groceries and buy cough syrup for our son.

6. Watched “Wanted” with husband. Took care of my baby until he sleeps and ended the day with a prayer.
