A friend of mine whose boss is a Korean has funny stories about him. We gossip about him over lunch and would often end up in laughter.
The other day, she was telling me a story about the Korean’s office window. He has been complaining about the window which he said, was not very helpful in giving shades. My friend said all they need is installing Cheap Blinds in that window to block the sunlight from coming in. The Korean indignantly said, no, I wanted a new window installed beside that old window!
This morning, my friend was laughing because her office mate went home very late last night because the Korean won’t make her go home. What pissed her very early in the morning, the Korean called her to come in early to open his computer for him.
Over all the Korean was a lovely boss. He gives good salary and provides a comfortable working environment for his people. In fact, just this week, he bought all of them high-end computers with LCD monitors! I was drooling with envy especially so because I helped them purchased those PCs and I wanted a set-up of that kind for myself.
