Bland Diet for a Healthy Lifestyle

I was lucky to have a free health consultation with a nutritionist in a product launch I recently attended. It’s an opportunity I’ve grabbed without hesitation and second-thoughts. I recognize the fact that I need a health professional’s advice for my weight issues.

It helped that the nutritionist was very accommodating and friendly. I was able to ask her questions about my dilemmas and issues without inhibitions. I also told her about my earlier attempts in taking the recommended best slimming pills in the market and my experiences with them.

In the end, she recommended I undergo a bland diet. Bland diet is eating food that are low in spices so it’s almost tasteless and you won’t find yourself yearning for more. This is not easy to do as I love spices and sauces. She also asked me to drink a lot of water before meals so I would feel already full even before eating.

I believe bland dieting is also good not only for people like who have weight issues but also those who have or prone to having diabetes, and UTI or urinary tract infection.
