Differentiating Wrist Problems

Just a days ago, I was so worried when I felt some kind of pain on my right wrist. I know I have overused my wrist from using the computer for a long period of time everyday.

I have heard of carpal tunnel from a friend before and I thought that I have the signs and symptoms of it. I’ve been worried because they said that once I got a carpal tunnel, I need to undergo an operation to correct it.

Luckily, I learned that the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome are tingling and numbness of the thumb, index, and the middle fingers. What I have is a mere tendenitis or the inflammation of tendons which is caused by repeating the same movements over and over again.

Now I know that the repetitive clicking of the mouse causes too much stress on the tendons on my wrist.
