Fat is not healthy. Everyone knows that already. The sad thing is that I am fat, therefore, I am not healthy.
This afternoon, I talked to a good friend of mine who incidentally is another fat lady. She’s in her early 40’s and she was telling me that I should really try to lose weight now for health purposes. She said that when you get to that age, you will feel health strains relative to being overweight.
At this point, I thought hard and long about my heath condition. True, I am fat but at this point, not feeling any health risks yet. I can’t be too relaxed though, I know it’s just a matter of time before any health problems get to me due to obesity — diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney problems, etc.
So tonight, I have decided I am really going to do it! I’ve tried brisk walking at the local sports center last week and it kind of put me in the mood of going back to exercising. At the same time, I would try taking effective slimming pills again like Solo Slim to help my metabolism work better and lose weight fast.
Hopefully, these measures help and in the long run would make a healthier me.
