Healthy Living for a Longer Life

This morning, one of my colleagues was happily telling us that it’s her mom’s 93rd birthday. I was really amazed to hear her mother’s age and more so when I heard that she can still walk and do things on her own. I can’t help but ask how she managed to do that and she told me that when her mom was younger, she would eat nothing but healthy food.

I don’t know if I can live as long as she did since I have not been eating a balanced diet for quite sometime. I noticed that I have been eating just pork and chicken for the past months and have not been exercising. I also noticed that my waistline is growing bigger everyday.

I’m just lucky that I can use fat burner to eliminate some of the unwanted fats that has accumulated in my mid section. I can now promise to eat right to have a healthy and longer life.
