Hottest Jobs in the Philippines

Yesterday, while siting boringly on a plane from Davao to Manila, a news clip from a popular broadsheet caught my attention. The article discusses the hottest jobs in the Philippines during this time which includes teaching, dog handling, and IT related.

I was very interested when I read the word teaching because it is my profession. The rave for information technology or IT graduates is not also surprising judging how technology is taking over almost every facet of our life. Jobs in IT are truly in-demand and high paying. Today, the areas in IT which are in-demand are those doing SEO or search engine optimization and website marketing.

Interestingly, dog handling is now a hot job and high-paying too, especially if you know how to handle K9 bomb snipping dogs. Countries in the middle east are now employing more and more dog handlers to strengthen security in vital areas as well as public places such as malls.
