Long Holidays and Gaining Weight

As a mom, I always look forward to long holidays because these are the times I can spend longer days with my family at home.

While at home, our family bonding activities usually involve eating out or preparing special lunch or dinner, movie watching, and visiting relatives. My husband and my mom cook really well while I am the dessert queen. I usually stay out of the kitchen until it’s time to prepare what they cooked. I love eating for the simple reason that hey, everyone loves to eat! Another is because eating creates a special bond between me and my family and I treasure these “sweet and delicious moments.”

However, when I came to work yesterday morning from another long holiday, my colleagues noticed my bulging uniform. Oh yes, I admitted, I gained weight again and I am guilty about it. With my tiring schedule, there’s no way I’ll ever get to the gym to do some weight loss regimen. I also tried drinking slimming tea but friends said it has negative health risks so I stopped. I tried browsing the recommended best weight loss product online and found some good stuff I may consider taking.
