It is ironic that despite all the turmoils me and my family has been experiencing from the typhoon Ondoy wrath, I don’t look too stressed in terms of weight.
Since September 26, my activities are dead tiring. Up to this time, our house still look like a heap of mess because we had to throw away our cabinets, drawers, tables, and everything wood drenched in the flood. After throwing those away though, what’s left was a total mess — everything was on the floor or on the stairs.
In short, my day and night were devoted to cleaning up. I developed some sort of household chores industriousness as well as hemorrhage for moving and carrying heavy objects. I was thinking the tiring and sicking chores would make me lose weight but apparently, I was still as fat before the typhoon.
I though Ondoy would be my good weight loss diet but I was wrong. Being tired, physically and emotionally, was not effective in making me lose weight. Oh well, need another strategy.
