The pill craze in the Philippines is yet to subside. TV commercials are dominated by pill products that promotes health and wellness. Most popular pills are vitamin supplements, whitening products and dietary supplements. In our country, the most popular diet pill is xenical. In other countries, the counterpart of this pill is alli, also a non-prescription drug.

We are getting into the era where people wanted changes drastically and effortlessly. Exercising and dieting takes a lot longer time before you lose some pounds as well as applying whitening lotions to get a whiter complexion.

Whatever you choose, always make sure that you have taken careful considerations of the repercussions especially considering health concerns.

I must say i can’t understand folks who believe that they could lose weight with diets & pills. I mean, come on!!! Its not brain surgery now, is it? Intake less calories than you burn and you will probably slim down – yes, its that simple!!!
