for me my choice of weapons are

Outpost firewall 2009, avg free anti virus, superantispyware for really pesky adwares, and spywares.

If a virus is really hard to find i will use comodo firewall and i will set it in the strictest mode.

when the virus tries to run in my computer, a message pops and boom I already know where it is.</description>
