All of us wanted to live long enough to see our kids grow up and have a family of their own. But sometimes, we get too busy that we don’t have time to exercise anymore or we are just too lazy to do it.
I admit that I haven’t exercised for a long time but I am hoping that I would still be able to do it. There are a lot of things people do to sweat. Some go to the gyms, some go for outdoor jog or running or biking. Some people even go to extremes by joining triathlons. This way they could do swimming, cycling and running at the same time.
But I suggest that we do it as a family. We can bring our family out on a picnic. Pack your cars and bring along your bikes that can easily be mounted on thule racks. This would be a bonding activity with your family while staying fit.
