Switching to Mineral Makeup

mineral makeup

Makeup application is something I learned way back in college. I think putting on makeup started my fancy about fashion. Since then, I became a makeup collector, from basic lip glosses and eye shadow to foundations and mascara.

Experimenting with makeup became one of my hobbies and because I apply them well, even my friends would call on me to make them pretty when they are attending events by acting as the makeup artist.

Through the years, I used different makeup brands and types and noted the ones which caused harmful effects on my skin such as acne and pimples. I wanted to collect the fancy brands used by celebrities but I know, they are just so expensive and way beyond my affordability. With this recognition, I settle with semi-expensive brands for my collection such as Maybelline, Revlon, Loreal, and the like.

This year though, I decided to expand, the mineral makeups which has been around for years but since they are more expensive than the regular ones, I only use it when they’re given free. Mineral makeups are organic and natural cosmetics. They do not contain artificial fragrances or petro-chemicals which make them ideal even for sensitive skin.

Mineral makeups are really the best. They give you long lasting makeup wear while protecting your skin from infections and irritations which are usually effects of regular makeup. You may want to switch to mineral makeup today just as I do. Better natural always right? But if you are already victimized by makeup irritants and already facing skin problems such as acne, check this site www.acnecleansers.org for information on how to cure them
