The Belly Dancing Exercise

One of the hottest form of exercises for women is the belly dancing exercise. I tried this one about two (2) years ago and actually enjoyed the belly dancing sessions. I even bought a hip scarf with blings to motivate me towards my goal of burning belly fat.

The sessions were fun and tiring and the dancing leave burning sensations in your belly which I believe is a manifestation that the exercise is actually working. Looking back, I am sad that I stopped joining the sessions.

For those who wanted to get into belly dancing, you can either enroll in a dance class or buy instructional DVDs on the dance. Don’t forget to buy your hip scarf too so you’d look the part! :D
