My friend bought a latest issue of a celebrity magazine this morning and we drooled over the luxurious cars of the Wowowee host Willie Revillame. The man is a certified car addict.

Here are the lists of his collection: a black Mercedez Benz, two Audis, a Rangerover, a Jaguar, a Porsche, a Lincoln Navigator, a Pajero, a Hammer, a Red Ferrari and an SUV. Wow, those are indeed hot cars. He just don’t collect cars, he collects luxury cars.

I can only take a deep breath and envy the man. After I retire from my day job, I’d be lucky if I can even afford a second hand late model of a Toyota. I remember West, our old car. He was a beat-up Ford, an “83 model. We loved him nevertheless but he’s not the type who would be accepted for an auto insurance.

Someday, I hope I’d be able to afford a car more than the value of our old friend West. It may not be as luxurious as Willie’s collection but something that would make me feel good and feel proud while driving it. That is, if I’d learn driving but that’s another story.
