–> Lechon (whole roast pig), the best seller! This is a hit among households who can afford it and mostly served in parties. This popular Pinoy roast probably graces every Christmas parties this year.

–> Kare-Kare. This is undoubtedly one of the most popular Filipino food and most sought one in our household. It’s It’s oxtail/beef/tripe stew in peanut sauce with bagoong. Yummy! Max Fried Chicken and Gerry’s Grill served delicious karekare so if you still haven’t tried it, make sure you order one at those restaurants.
