Microsoft Company had its field day since reports of vulnerabilities aired. Windows 7 Beta users immediately downloaded the patch to fix issues on data corruption.

Problems eroded when the site for the Windows 7 Beta Patch over flooded with visitors. Why panick? If you were not able to download the patch,  you may be affected by vulnerabilities that can simply spread via USB ports.

According to Symantec, a virus worm dubbed as  Downadup appeared just this December 30 and may propagate by exploiting the vulnerability and also by infected USB sticks and by exploiting weak passwords.
